DIY Recycled Oxford Shirt Napkin Tutorial from Green Home Guide here. At my thrift stores the more brightly colored ones are always available. *Tip: When I give homemade gifts like flannel shoe bags, food, soaps etc… I always give more than one (or in the case of food a large tin/jar full) and give them in sets so the gift doesn’t look sad and stingy. I’d give a set of at least 6 napkins, probably 8-12.
