Red Velvet White Chocolate Cheesecake

To me creating frosting is like art! And unlike art - can be eaten with a cup of tea!

I can’t wait to take this class again! My picture is of my chocolate souffle made with some raspberry jam and chili powder - YUM! I take about 4-5 culinary classes a year - in different locations. My favorite is King Arthur Flour in Vermont and Cambridge Culinary in Cambridge, MA.
