24th MayI have been directed to check out some new food blogs - and they are great.
Here is the first one that offers beautiful photos with unique recipes. Ice cream to some is not a difficult food item to master but to me …it scares me. But common this looks amazing! I bet it would be the talk of the summer party.
The ice cream is called “Indian Sunshine” (so pretty)
It has Mangoes, sugar, lemon, cream and coconut milk.

Krembo (Hebrew: קרמבו, a portmanteau word meaning literally “cream-in-it”) is the name of a chocolate-coated marshmallow treat that is very popular in Israel. Krembos are only sold in the winter. They are hand-wrapped in colourful aluminum foil, and consist of a round biscuit base topped with marshmallow cream coated in a thin layer of chocolate. Krembos have achieved the status of a pop-cultural item and a national icon.I love learning something new about food - I love the word portmanteau.

12th JanuaryDIY Toffee!! Really easy to make
Ingredients:
25 gr of butter
150 gr of sugar
250 ml of cream
75 ml of molasses
Boil all ingredients in a pot and continuously remove. To check if the toffee is done, put a few drops of the mixture into a glass with cold water. If drops are consistent and can be caught with your fingers is that it is ready. Put in a silicone mold or make your own mold with aluminum foil. It must result in a rigid rectangular plate of toffee. To speed up the process we can put it in the fridge for a while. Cut into squares and wrap in cellophane.
