- 2 whole Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
380 Calories. Great for a breakfast or lunch meal
think i’ll make this tomorrow :)
This looks really yummy. I’m pretty sure this recipe is for two servings though, just something to be aware of :)

One-ingredient banana ice-cream! (Hint: BANANAS!)

“So! Let’s make Banana Ice Cream!
First: Peel and slice a banana. Put it in the freezer for an hour or so.
Put the frozen slices in a blender or food processor
Pulse! Blend until it goes from crumbs to smooth and creamy
Mix in some peanut butter or chocolate chips - or both!
Enjoy!”
